Refund Policy Will Be Void If:

• A discounted or promotional eBook package has been selected.
• The primary eBook design concept, cover design, interior layout, or formatting style has been approved by the client.
• The client has requested or approved revisions to the eBook, cover, formatting, or layout.
• Urgent or expedited eBook projects are non-refundable.
• Cancellation is made due to reasons unrelated to Wood Creek Publishers or the agreed-upon services.
• The client becomes unresponsive or remains out of contact for more than two weeks during the project.
• The client has violated Wood Creek Publishers' policies, terms, or service guidelines.
• Another publisher, designer, formatter, or service provider has been engaged for the same project while the project is in progress.
• The creative brief or project requirements provided by the client are incomplete or lack the information necessary to complete the work.
• A complete change in the originally approved eBook concept, structure, design, or formatting is requested after work has commenced.
• The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund-request period has expired.
• The client's business, publishing project, book title, or author brand is being closed, renamed, discontinued, or changed for reasons unrelated to Wood Creek Publishers.
• Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as "change of mind," "disagreement with a partner," change in publishing plans, or other reasons that do not relate to a failure to provide the agreed-upon service.
• If a client purchases an eBook publishing bundle and is dissatisfied with one particular service, any eligible refund will apply only to that specific service and not to the entire bundle.
• No refund can be claimed or processed after the final eBook files, publishing files, source files, or other requested deliverables have been delivered to the client.
• Refunds and revisions do not apply to services, files, or items provided free of charge.
• Services including, but not limited to, eBook publishing, formatting, conversion, ISBN assistance, publishing platform submission, distribution assistance, manuscript preparation, cover design, social media promotion, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting are non-refundable once the applicable service has been initiated or completed.
• In the case of eBook formatting or conversion, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the formatting/layout or the final files have been prepared for delivery.
• In the case of eBook cover design, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design or provided positive feedback and the design has been prepared for final delivery.
• Refunds will not be applicable to work, services, or components outsourced to or completed by third-party service providers.
• Fees paid to third-party publishing platforms, distributors, retailers, ISBN providers, or other external services are non-refundable by Wood Creek Publishers.

Publishing Platform & Third-Party Services

Wood Creek Publishers may assist with the preparation, formatting, submission, or distribution of eBooks through third-party publishing and distribution platforms. Wood Creek Publishers does not control the policies, approval processes, technical requirements, payment systems, or decisions of third-party platforms.

If a third-party platform rejects, delays, removes, or modifies a book or account for reasons outside Wood Creek Publishers' control, such circumstances will not automatically qualify the client for a refund.

Any third-party fees, registration fees, platform charges, ISBN costs, distribution fees, or other external charges are non-refundable.

Copyright & Ownership of Refunded Work

If a refund is approved for any portion of an eBook project, all rights to the refunded work product shall remain with Wood Creek Publishers unless a written agreement states otherwise.

The client agrees not to use any refunded or cancelled designs, formatting, cover concepts, layouts, files, or other creative work for publishing or commercial purposes.

Wood Creek Publishers reserves the right to document and retain records relating to refunded work to protect its intellectual property and prevent unauthorized reuse.

How to Claim a Refund

To request a refund, you may contact Wood Creek Publishers' billing department through the official communication channel provided to you at the beginning of your project.

Your refund request must clearly state:

• Your name and project details.
• The service for which the refund is being requested.
• The reason for the refund request.
• Any relevant supporting information.

The billing department will review the request and respond after the required project and service analysis has been completed.

Final Agreement

By purchasing or continuing with services provided by Wood Creek Publishers, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Once the applicable work has been approved, delivered, published, submitted, or finalized, the service may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund as outlined above.
