My name is Dean Latusek and I am a first time author of the book "No Options."My overall satisfaction with Woodcreekhas been very good. It is not a flawless process by any means and some of the services take a bit more patience than I originally expected...but the positives are numerous if you are either a first time author or someone that is not an expert in editing, graphic design and certainly social media. Terrance, my project manager, is capable and responsive to any and all concerns especially during the editing process and showed much patience with me as I continuously made changes during the early part of this process. Amber in the marketing department has been a godsend regarding all things related to promotional activity and helping me with my social media activities. She is highly capable and a wealth of knowledge regarding all things social media related. She is also very engaged and patient with novices like myself. My website is very professionally done and her team has done a good job of editing my videos and posting to all of my sites. The struggle for me and I suppose most authors is how much to spend as we try to navigate uncharted waters regarding how to get our product in front of more potential readers...but that is completely up to you. The bottom line...Woodcreekhelped me see my vision come to life and put out a product that I am extremely proud of in the end.

My first contact with Woodcreekwas with Issac and his demeanor was one of the primary reasons I decided to go with them. There were several other publishing companies which were relentless, but something about Issac made me feel my book would be in good hands. Terrance was the team leader and he was exceptional. Toward the end of the process, the editor and I had several conversations and any time there was an issue, Anna fixed it right away. Ali is the all-around finisher. He made sure my books were delivered, that the book was listed online and even provided artwork for a poster for my book events. They delivered proofs, services and goods when promised. I always got a callback or return email when promised which made me feel valued. The illustrations were even better than I had anticipated. They adhered to timelines which were crucial for the success of book events. The layout of the book is very appealing, and they cleaned up the cover I had designed on the first try. This was a complicated process, and Woodcreekwas up to the task. "First in the House "is getting a lot of attention and I 'm very proud of this book of historical significance.
